These apartments are in town, very close to beaches, shops, train and restaurants, but are operated independently of the "Inn". They have 1 to 2-1/2 baths, STV, cable TV, A/C, and on-site washer and dryer. Rates may include all occupants, but each unit has a maximum number of people and a minimum advance reservation. The "Second Settler House" is a historic colonial building, approximately 40 yards from Front Beach The building is conveniently located just 1 block from the downtown area in a quiet residential neighborhood (also 1 block from the Inn). There is a park across from the beach with a duck pond, swings, a slide, etc. The supermarket, pharmacy and train to Boston is just 3 blocks away. There is also an outside patio.

Apartment 13 (1st floor): This is a 5 room apartment with 3 bedrooms with A/C & STV, 2-1/2 baths, with a 10X12 living room.There is an eat-in kitchen with full size refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave oven. There is a washer and dryer in the unit - no charge!

58 Main Street

This building is located in a quiet residential area of the historic district, just 1-2 blocks from Front Beach, Millbrook Meadow, and the Main Street shops, galleries and restaurants. The supermarket, pharmacy and train to boston are only 3 blocks in the other direction. There are no water views.

The main top apartments is situated at the front of the building. It is a large 2 bedroom accommodation, with a king size bedroom and another with twins (but can be made up as a queen). A 3rd bedroom  with twin beds is available as an add-on. There is a good size fully equipped kitchen and living room with cable TV and A/C, plus a tub/shower bath. There ia a laundry room on the property at no charge. Finally, picnic tables are located to the right of the driveway.
