Special Pricing

Single person should deduct $15 per day, $90 per week.
Extra person beyond double occupancy should add $15 per day, $75 per week.

Daily rates for 1-3 rooms/apartments of 3-6 nights are DISCOUNTED $5 per night for EACH additional day of the reservation = up to a $20 per night value; then weekly rates apply.

Daily rates of 3-6 nights for the Cottages are discounted $15 per night for each additional day = up to a $60 per night value.

11.7% room tax is additional.

Example: Reservation for 5 nights at the normal rate:

First week of "in season" rates are discounted $60. for 1-3 Rm/Apartments and $120 for the cottage.

Limited maid service: The apartment is all made up when you arrive, and clean towels, trash removal, a supplies check and free coffee are provided daily. Full maid service is provided at the end of the week. "Large Apartments" at 8 King St. & 58 Main St. have washers/dryers and are self-catering once you arrive.

Multiple week reservations are discounted $35 per week; monthly $50 per week.
